Jess Dugan
Jess Dugan is a massage therapist and yoga teacher pursuing an MA in counseling. She believes in hybrid healing for wholeness and offers a cross-cultural approach in her work. Jess is an advocate for the use of psychedelic medicine, with personal and professional experience extending throughout the entire region of Peru. She was the first employee at the ArcView Group, pioneered the expansion of Ganja Yoga, and founded the Reflections Retreat in 2017. Learn more about Jess!

Troy Dayton
Troy has spent his life building community and studying human connection. In addition to coaching people who want more inner peace, vitality, and purpose he also produces private invitation-only transformational parties, retreats, and festivals. Troy co-founded Students for Sensible Drug Policy, The Arcview Group (first and largest consortium of cannabis investors), CanopyBoulder (first accelerator in the cannabis sector), and BurnerMap (largest social network of Burning Man Participants). A somatically trained life coach, she spends her days studying psychology, spirituality, and helping others unlock themselves in order to live the free, fully-expressed lives of their dreams. Ezra is a nationally recognized ritual designer, artist, facilitator, and Founder of Ritualist, the first-ever creative studio specializing in the design of secular ritual. His work has been featured in the NYTimes, The Atlantic, VICE, and ABC News, and he has collaborated with an eclectic variety of organizations and thought leaders including Esther Perel, Priya Parker, The Esalen Institute, Accenture, Intuit, The NYC Mayor’s Office, House of Yes, and The Dream Bigger Foundation.

Aine is a dedicated coach and transformational guide to individuals who want to use their lives as vehicles for greater self-actualization and raising consciousness on the planet. Aine specializes in helping people clear out inner blocks from the root, so they can freely and confidently claim the life that sings to their soul. With certifications in Inner Family Systems (IFS), Institute of Coaching Mastery (ICM), Integrative Breathwork, Body Intelligence Coaching, Energy Healing, and Somatic Experiencing, Aine offers a holistic approach to transformation.

Dane is a coach and DJ. He helps mission-driven entrepreneurs build successful and impactful companies and use the intensity of doing so to become their greatest selves both professionally and personally. He strives to help build a world in which all leaders, inspired by a sense of purpose and passion, build lives and organizations that are an engine for greater abundance, health, equity, sustainability and consciousness. As a DJ, Dane creates love-infused musical journeys that invite free, unbridled expression and energetic transformation.

Ishka Lha is an internationally celebrated visionary artist, musician, writer, ritualist, and mentor dedicated to helping people connect with their mystic heart and experience more magic, tranquility, and unity in their everyday. She will lead us through a painting workshop!

Spencer Handley
Spencer Handley is a Musician, Producer, Ethnomusicologist, and Educator. As a fully nomadic ethnomusicologist, his studies have brought him all over the world and steeped him in the folk music traditions of Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, Spain, Nepal, Appalachia, and Indigenous Music of the Northern Amazon. With a background as an engineer and product leader, he helped build the artist funding platform Patreon.com and currently runs a music education company called Sonora which builds mastery paths for musicians. As an artist he performs regularly with a variety of collaborators across genres.
